Helping Hand's Trust

About Us

A Journey of Compassion and Service

Helping Hand's Trust was born out of a deep desire to serve humanity and uplift the underprivileged. Founded by Rev. Alok Nag, our organization is dedicated to creating sustainable change in the lives of people across Cooch Behar, West Bengal, and beyond.

Registered as IV-1903-00099/2023 under the Societies Registration Act, we are also listed on NGO Darpan/NITI Aayog with registration WB/2023/0345086 and hold CSR registration CSR00100857. Our commitment to transparency and accountability is reinforced by our 12A & 80G certifications, ensuring that every donation made to us is eligible for tax exemption under the Income Tax Act, 1961.

From humble beginnings, we have grown into a trusted organization that works across Education, Healthcare, Food & Nutrition, Women's Empowerment, Disaster Relief, Community Development, and Vocational Training. Our work is guided by the belief that every individual deserves access to basic necessities, quality education, and opportunities for a dignified life.
